All content on this platform is derived from publicly available financial data sources and is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

TheTickerBoard is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or any type of licensed financial professional. The information provided on this platform — including but not limited to stock scores, fair value estimates, momentum rankings, price alerts, and earnings data — is for informational and educational purposes only.

10. PRICE ALERTS

The price alert feature is provided as a convenience and is not guaranteed to deliver alerts in real time or under all market conditions. We are not responsible for missed alerts due to technical failures, email delivery issues, data delays, or service outages. Price alerts do not constitute investment advice.

11. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing cycle. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select, beginning on the date you subscribe.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access through that date.
• No refunds. All fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
• Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it takes effect on your account.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account until payment is resolved. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Free tier access, where available, is provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

12. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at the email below. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
