The left tool navigation bar now stays accessible while viewing a stock or ETF detail page. No need to back out of the detail view to switch tools — open the sidebar and navigate directly between the stock screener, ETF screener, and other tools.

The Analyst PT shown in the stock detail metrics strip, canvas overlay, and screener table rows now consistently uses the live consensus target from the analyst-ratings endpoint rather than the cached screener value. PT Upside % is always recalculated from the same source so both numbers stay in sync. Fresher data, no more discrepancies between sections.

Removed the crossed-out competitor pricing and savings calculator from the feature cards. The tools speak for themselves. Replaced with a straightforward tagline — professional-grade tools, no subscription required.

TheTickerBoard now works fully on iPhone and Android. The landing page, stock screener, and ETF screener have all been updated with responsive layouts. Feature cards stack to single column, comparison tables scroll horizontally, sort and filter controls have larger touch targets, detail panels open full-width, and the ETF metrics strip wraps cleanly. All features — sorting, filtering, charting, detail views — remain fully usable on mobile.

The landing page has been redesigned with a new features section, a savings calculator showing what you'd pay elsewhere ($129/month across Finviz Pro, Morningstar, Quiver Quant, and Seeking Alpha), and an expanded 13-row comparison table vs. the competition. Feature cards now highlight each tool with deeper descriptions, capability pills, and strikethrough competitor pricing. The heat map preview and old tabbed showcase have been removed.

TheTickerBoard is now open to everyone — no invite needed. Click Sign Up Now in the nav, enter your email, create a password, and you're in.

The ETF performance chart now overlays a dashed S&P 500 line so you can instantly see how the fund stacks up against the benchmark. Both series are normalized to percentage return from the start of the selected period. The hover tooltip shows both the ETF and S&P 500 return at any point, and the sub-label below the chart shows the period return for each. Beta vs S&P 500 is also now computed live from the chart data and shown in the stats bar.

A "Total Return" toggle button now appears in the chart header. When enabled, the chart switches from price-only to dividend-adjusted returns — showing the full picture of what an investor actually earned including distributions reinvested. The sub-label updates to indicate which mode is active.

A new stats row below the main metrics strip shows 90-Day Volatility (color-coded green/yellow/red), Beta vs S&P 500, and 52-Week Price Range — all computed live from fetched data. The performance chart now also shows X-axis date labels: days for 1W/1M views, months for 3M–1Y, and month/year for 3Y/5Y.

5Y annualized total return is now shown in the metrics strip alongside 1Y and 3Y. All three are true total return figures (price + dividends reinvested). The metrics strip is now centered on the page.

Pre-profit companies are now classified as either Growth Stage (no earnings yet, growing revenue) or Deteriorating (no earnings, shrinking revenue). Growth Stage stocks show N/A for Valuation and Cash Flow in their scorecard — since those metrics don't apply — and are scored on Debt, Margin, and Growth instead. Each type sorts into its own tier when ranking by Fundamentals, and a badge appears in the stock detail so the context is always clear.

PEG ratio (P/E divided by growth rate) now appears as a column in the main screener table, color-coded by value: green under 1 (undervalued), cyan 1–2 (fair), yellow 2–3 (pricey), red 3+ (expensive). Filter by PEG range in Filter mode, and sort by PEG lowest to highest in Sort mode. PEG also appears on X share posts.

Forward P/E (current price divided by forward EPS) is now available as both a sort option and a filter. Filter ranges: under 15 (Value), 15–25 (Reasonable), 25–35 (Growth Premium), 35+ (Expensive). Stocks without forward EPS data sort to the bottom.

You can now save any combination of sort settings and filter selections as a named view. Load it back in one click, or delete views you no longer need. A Clear All button resets everything to defaults instantly. Views are saved per browser.

The third sort dropdown rarely had any effect with 2,200+ stocks — by the time Sort 1 and Sort 2 are applied, there are almost no true ties left. Removed to reduce clutter. Use Filter mode for narrowing results beyond two sort criteria.

FTLB (First Trust Low Beta Income ETF) has been removed from the ETF screener. It was replaced by FTQI, which is already in the screener with current data.

The Admin link in the sidebar now appears correctly on every page — Stocks, Commodities, Markets, Earnings, Alerts, Portfolio, and ETF Portfolio. Previously it only showed on the ETF Screener and Heat Map.

Added 242 large and mid-cap stocks across Technology (semiconductors, cybersecurity, enterprise software), Financials (banks, asset managers, insurance, consumer finance), Healthcare (health systems, medical devices, biopharma), Consumer Discretionary (homebuilders, food, travel, retail), Industrials, Energy, Real Estate, and Materials. Total screener universe now at 2,210+ stocks.

The server now uses a more robust sync process on every boot: the full stock list from the repo is merged with any tickers you've added live via the UI, and if the cloud disk write ever fails it automatically falls back to the repo source directly. A new admin endpoint lets you force-resync at any time without a restart.

Home page fully refreshed to reflect the live tool: all 14 stock screener sort modes listed, ETF screener features explained, Congress Trade Tracker and ETF Portfolio & Dividend Tracker added as featured tools, feature priority reordered, outdated "coming soon" and "Smart Fair Value" references removed.

ETF holdings now have their own standalone page separate from the stock portfolio. Includes an overview dashboard with market value, cost basis, unrealized P&L, and portfolio yield cards; full holdings table with sort; dividend calendar; income scoreboard; and DRIP projection table. Access it via the sidebar or the header link.

Stock Portfolio is back to its clean 3-tab layout (Stocks, ETFs, Stocks & ETFs). Income scoreboard and Copy Card button are restored and visible. Safari password manager popup fixed with off-screen honeypot inputs.

Every column in the ETF screener is now sortable. Added X Post button to share individual ETF picks directly to X with one click — yield, income, return, and ticker included automatically.

X Post is now consistent across the portfolio, ETF screener, earnings page, and congress screener. One-click posting with auto-formatted context from wherever you're working.

The sidebar navigation now appears consistently on every page including the new ETF Portfolio. Collapse state is remembered across sessions. All page links are live and correct.

Action buttons across all pages (Tutorial, Watchlist, Compare, View, More, Filters, Sort & Filter) have had emojis stripped for a cleaner, more professional look. Icon-only buttons (delete, rename, password show/hide) are unchanged.

Filter dropdowns (Score, PT Upside, Slope, Volatility) now support multi-select checkboxes — pick multiple ranges at once with OR logic within each filter and AND logic across filters. Sort panel and Filter panel display side by side so you can see both at once. Score tier chips (All / 17-21 / 12-16 etc.) removed for a cleaner layout. Index pills (S&P 500, Nasdaq, Russell, cap sizes) now support multi-select with smart grouping.

The stock screener compare chart now accepts a custom investment amount (instead of hardcoded $10,000), matching the ETF screener. The 1Y period also now shows exactly 12 months of data — a server buffer issue was causing it to display ~19 months.

When sharing your screener view to X, the post now includes what you're sorted or filtered by — e.g. "Sorted: Fundamentals PT Upside" or "Filter — Score: 20–25 · PT Upside: 50%+" — giving followers instant context on how you found your picks.

Added TDAX, TSYX, XLVI, XLEI, and XLUI to the ETF screener database. Total ETF coverage now at 750+.

The ETF portfolio section is now a full income dashboard. New features: Portfolio Growth Projection line chart with DRIP toggle, Annual Income Projection bar chart (Year 1–10, reinvested vs. cash), Open in ETF Screener button in the position drawer, Compare All button to chart all your ETF holdings at once, and sortable columns on every table header. ETF Allocation chart moved below the holdings table — no more sideways scrolling.

Portfolio now pulls live TTM yields from the ETF Screener's data source automatically. Your dividend income figures stay in sync with real screener data — no manual entry needed.

The 1D price chart in the portfolio drawer now shows 5-minute intraday candles with Eastern Time labels (9:30 AM – 4:00 PM ET). The 1W view shows date + hour labels. All other periods unchanged.

When using Income Projector mode, sorting by Annual Income now correctly ranks funds by yield% — not by share price × yield. High-price, low-yield ETFs no longer incorrectly outrank better-yielding funds.

The ETF compare chart now supports up to 20 funds (up from 8). Replaced overlapping end-of-line ticker labels with a clean 4-column legend grid below the chart, sorted by final value.

All main pages now have a leaderboard ad slot (AdSense-ready, activate with one line change) and a centralized sponsor banner system — update sponsor.json once and the sponsor appears on every page instantly.

Added a full market heat map at /heatmap — 1,250+ stocks grouped by sector, colored by day change %, weighted score, or vs 200-day MA. Cell size scales by market cap so the biggest names stand out. Hover any cell for a quick stats tooltip. Refreshes automatically every 5 minutes.

Launched a public landing page at thetickerboard.com — now visitors can learn about the tool before signing up. The screener moved to /app. Log in and sign up are linked from the landing page.

Expanded the screener with 200 carefully selected large, mid, and small cap stocks. Additions include crypto miners (MARA, CLSK, RIOT), fintech (APO, KKR, ARES), biotech (RXRX, NUVL, RVMD), EV infrastructure (EVGO, WKHS), and many more. Total coverage is now 1,250+ tickers.

The "How It's Calculated" modal inside the app now explains every sort mode in detail — including Movers, Volatility, Slope, vs 200MA, Forward Upside, Cash Flow, Debt, Net Margin, and Revenue Growth. No more guessing what a sort actually does.
